I am a New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center-trained psychologist with advanced training in various evidence-based modalities. My therapeutic orientation is integrative, as I employ a combination of interventions based on your unique needs and goals. Much of my work is guided by an attachment-based framework.

I integrate interventions drawn from emotionally-focused individual therapy, trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I support you with connecting mind and body.

I also provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy, which can facilitate healing when traditional therapeutic or medical interventions have fallen short, such as in cases of treatment-resistant depression.

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC), I am passionate about using a Health At Every Size (HAES)® approach to support those struggling with body image and disordered eating behaviors to develop more neutral relationships with their bodies and food.

Executive Functioning Coaching

Executive functions are cognitive processes that are important for planning, time management, memory function, organization, self-regulation, and cognitive flexibility. Challenges with executive functioning are often exhibited by individuals who display features of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as well as those with a history of trauma or depression and can result in educational and work performance difficulties.

Executive functioning difficulties are often accompanied by decreased motivation, feelings of self-blame, and struggles with emotion regulation. I provide executive functioning coaching to adolescents, teens, and adults. Coaching involves structured support and scaffolded strategies designed to provide tools for enhancing skills around time management, organization, planning, goal setting, task initiation and follow through, written expression, and problem-solving.
